To confirm your virtual dermatology appointment with Lilly TeleDermatology, payment of $25 is required prior to your visit. Please click the button below to submit your payment securely through Chase.  We accept all major credit and debit cards. Lilly Teledermatology may change pricing at any time for any reason.

With Insurance: If your visit is eligible for insurance coverage, Lilly TeleDermatology will bill your insurance as applicable. Any remaining patient responsibility (copay, deductible, or coinsurance) may be charged to your card on file or requested via payment link.

Self-Pay: If you wish to pay for the service without using insurance, we have a flat fee of $95 per visit.
